BAPI_PO_CREATE1 - Facing issues to create invoice Plan

Hi All,

       We are trying to create a Service PO with Invoice Plan, we are getting a dump in the standard BAPI_PO_CREATE1 when we are trying to create the PO. The dump we are getting is " Billing plan XXXXXXXXX does not exist - Program error "

To avoid the dump i have just commented out the Invoice details  of code and the PO is successfully created, but we want to create a PO with Invoice Plan.so Please let me know if any one has seen this error before and what can be done to prevent this error.
