I would like to have the clarification on Service charge settlement scenario.
My scenario is I have some 100 properties which I am giving for lease out.
For those properties electricity I have a common meter where I am directly paying to the service provider based on the consumption (common meter).
For all 100 properties we have separate meters for calculating the consumption for each property. Based on the consumption I have to collect the charges from my tenants.
I would like to map this scenario in REFX system by using SERVICE CHARGES SETTLEMENT.
I have done the following basic configuration to do the same.
@ IMG: Service charge keys are defined / Usage Types for Service Charge Settlement are defined / Measurement Types are defined / Condition Types for Advance Payments and Flat Rates are defined.
@ Master data: I have created process participation group by adding my entire rental objects as well as settlement unit.
Would like to know the standard process for using the service charge settlement in lease out with all steps.
