I will tell you very specifically what to do in such a case where the documents are doubled in cube & hence in report the values are getting doubled.
First identify the request ID of the doubled documents in the cube(Which is not difficult since u have already identified the duplicate documents). then do a selective deletion on the cube based on the request ID & doubled document numbers(one req ID & one set of duplicate docs). This is one way to get the values right in the cube ultimately.
Or if the request ID of all the duplicate documents is the same, then probably its not your fault, but of the DB team, from where the data is coming. Since in a same load duplicates have arrived in BW. Write to the DB team highlighting the duplicates. Then you will have to delete all the whole set of documents which have duplicates & reload the proper set of documents either thru a repair full load(if its a delta load in ur info package).
