Hi,
Please confirm how did you create this inspection lot.
To solve your issue, pls do the below things -
1. Create inspection plan with task list usage "5" and status "4". Add appropriate inspection MIC in the inspection operations.
2. Add your material in this inspection plan using material assignment.
3. Go to your inspection lot in change mode (Tx QA02), go to inspection lot/task list aasignment, change the date to new date. Now select the inspection plan. SAVE.
Now your inspection lot will have inspection plan linked to it for result recording. Also note that after you have done 1, 2, 3 steps, next time onwards this material will generate insp lot with "REL" status.
