Customize the Process Management

Dear ALL Experts,

I'm working on SAP BPC MS Version 10.0.

I found that the Process Management is pretty weird in a sense that, the one who submitted the data to next level can get the data back at anytime he/she wants.. There is no concept of "Ownership".

So, what I want is, I want only the one having the ownership can decide who is the next reviewer.

I understand that with the prebuilt Process Management, it could not be achieved (please correct me if I'm wrong here).

Can I know if any of you have customized the prebuilt Process Management to get the above done? And if yes, can give me some directions how to get it started?

Please advise.
