how/where can I find the best way to create materials where part of a "kit" has an expiry date and needs to be replaced (free of charge) and potentially within a kit there are a number of exipry dates.
Background:
Emergency pipeline repair materials purchased as a kit including fabric (like fibreglassing), tools and a quantity of 2 resins that are mixed to make the bonding epoxy (6 kits in stock). the 2 resins have an expiry date of 2years after manufacture and there are 10 tins of each in each kit. We need to:
a) know these items are due to expire
b) obtain replacements for the expired resins ahead enough to allow for delivery time
c) still be able to issue and receipt a full kit if used
what is the best way of managing this type of material? Any help would be appreciated
