I want to add a standard field (responsible employee of a sales order) to a process extension scenario. I tried with an XBO. I added a new element to that XBO which is filled in the AfterModify Event using a query. But unfortunately, the query does not deliver any value if the sales order is created, since there is no matching ID in the database. After the sales order was saved for the first time, the query in the Aftermodify delivers the expected sales order and the field is filled. The BeforeSave Event has the same behaviour.
But I can't assure that the users will save the sales order and change it again to ensure that the script is executed correctly. So do you have an idea how to receive the value in the first step already?
